SECTION 803, SUBSECTION (6), defining "debt collector," was amended to repeal
the attorney at law exemption at former Section (6)(F) and to redesignate
Section 803(6)(G) pursuant to Pub. L. 99-361, July 9, 1986, 100 Stat. 768. For
